Outstanding Scholar, Level A Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Renmin University of China, Master and Ph.D in law from Yale University, and Doctor of International Economic Law from Wuhan University. She is also Vice President of the Chinese Society of International Economic Law, Vice President and Secretary-general of the WTO Law Research Society of China Law Society, and former Dean of the School of Law of University of International Business and Economics. She is also one of the first batch of experts of the International Commercial Expert Committee of the Supreme People's Court.
