Dean and a senior professor of liberal arts of the Academy of International Strategy and Law at Zhejiang University. He is former Dean of the School of Law of City University of Hong Kong, President of the International Academy of the Belt and Road (Hong Kong), honorary fellow of the International Academy of Comparative Law (The Hague), Chairman of the Hong Kong Committee of the International Academy of Comparative Law (The Hague), Chairman of the Hong Kong WTO Research Institute, Vice President of Chinese Society of International Economic Law. He is also one of the first batch of experts of the International Commercial Expert Committee of the Supreme People's Court.
